Monday / Thursday: 6:00-7:15pm December 6, 2021 - Feb 5, 2022 (Remote Only on Thursday 12/23, Monday 12/27, & Thursday 12/30) The Cave - 412 Tamal Plaza, Corte Madera This program will cover two critical areas for young throwers: shoulder stability and rotational training. Good body movement and rotation are complimentary factors to arm healthy and critical for maximizing power/performance. Players will learn arm care routines and complete core strength workouts. Ages 13+ $350 ZOOM OPTION ADDED FOR OPTIONAL REMOTE TRAINING!
